About the role:

  • You will be responsible for providing timely and accurate support to the clients and partners in Italian and English, helping them using the website and services, solving technical problems and improving their overall satisfaction and engagement.
  • You will demonstrate your passion for customers in a dynamic B2B and B2C customer support environment.
  • You are sensitive to customer needs and interest in having a firsthand impact on global customer base. You will provide solutions to challenging problems, learning about the customers’ businesses.
  • You will be supporting customers via email and on the phone, demonstrating resourcefulness and understanding to create positive customer experience.
  • You will work within your team to manage or optimize specific processes, write documentation, investigate issues, seeking opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and improve products and services on behalf of the customer.
  • You will contribute to a positive team environment and proactively assist team members.
  • Last but not least, you will be surrounded by smart and approachable colleagues in a very international environment and provided with continuous career and skill development opportunities.

 

About you:

  • You enjoy working with customers.
  • You can handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy.
  • You are able to deliver high level of productivity supporting customers in Italian and English via email and phone.
  • You like solving interesting problems and have the ability to take initiative and produce results.
  • You build relationships with customers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
  • You have the ability to understand customer needs, demonstrate empathy and creativity, and stay calm and positive while dealing with challenging situations.
  • You’re an enthusiastic team player with a strong technical and communication skills.
  • You build and maintain a comprehensive working knowledge of all company related products and services and are able to continuously learn quickly, develop and grow.
