das ist Ihr Verantwortungsbereich:

  • establish, track and report key tactical metrics to improve effectiveness and service levels to the business unit including on time delivery
  • requires knowledge of inventory methods such as Kan Ban systems in order to support consumable strategies and drive optimization and operational efficiencies
  • ascertain historical spend baseline by working collaboratively with other departments including finance in order to extract data from various sources, and/or gathering individual data points to create a master data set
  • determine market conditions, initiative objectives, and gather requirements
  • screen, identify and select qualified potential suppliers based upon capability, service levels, quality control, and cost competitiveness
  • conduct and manage entire bid process for assigned projects
  • report Savings and Headwinds using company database
  • negotiate pricing and other commercial terms with qualified suppliers
  • mitigate any risk associated with sourcing initiatives
  • Master Data – Supplier Set ups, deactivations, and Maser Data maintenance
  • aability to identify process improvements and drive implementation
  • identify cost reduction opportunities to achieve Interiors financial goals
  • creates, negotiates, implements, and manages long-term simple purchase agreements with critical suppliers covering all applicable sites
  • performs contract management and supplier reviews, and updates appropriate stakeholders
  • collaborates and develops relationships with appropriate stakeholders to ensure project success
  • conduct business review meetings with key stakeholders to assess risk, review future strategies, and identify potential cost down and improvement opportunities
  • collaborate with Buyers based at other regional sites to create spend leverage


das bringen Sie mit:

  • successfully completed technical or commercial studies or equivalent
  • several years of relevant experience in Tactical and Strategic Procurement
  • sourcing experience with various non-production (indirect) commodities
  • experience with data mining, compilation and analytical skills
  • demonstrated ability to build relationships, credibility, influence, and interactions with suppliers, customers, and key stakeholders
  • experience with supply chain ERP systems
  • well organized with the ability to multitask and adjust to changing priorities, be a self-starter
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • demonstrated ability to build relationships, credibility, influence, and interactions with suppliers, customers, and key stakeholders
  • fluent speaking and writing in German and English
