Your area of responsibility:
- assure a consistent and user centered UX and UI across all domains and user groups of our platform
- build mock-ups, wireframes, designs and prototypes from business requirements
- creating suitable user flows, by adopting business processes and software architecture
- own the UX and be the voice of the user in the design process, by:
- analyzing and questioning requirements from UX & UI perspective
- applying quantitative and qualitative methods
- working closely with the internal development team
You bring along:
- Degree in HCI, web design, cognitive psychology or analogous
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in UX/UI for digital products
- Skills in in applying human-centered design approaches from user research, insight generation, concept deliverables to usability tests
- Experience in transforming business requirements and processes into user flows, as well as good knowledge of interaction and visual design techniques
