Das ist Ihr Verantwortungsbereich:

  • create and deliver the annual marketing plan, in line with global and brand strategy
  • ensure objective based marketing and product development strategies are in place and
    implemented, with a clear focus for long term growth
  • ensure direct control of all marketing activity, deliver budgeted visitor numbers,
    revenue, and EBITDA, as well as management of ticket yields (in conjunction with
    the General Managers) ensuring the right price at all times
  • ensure maximum synergies by working closely with GM’s,
    site marketers, central functions and brand teams, delivering consistent brand messages and establishing good cross functional relationships across the different brands
  • develop and manage new strategic partnerships and sponsorship opportunities with
    the primary focus of driving incremental revenue as well as increasing individual attraction brand awareness
  • responsible for delivering and enhancing the ticket strategy, achieving ticket penetration as well as developing sales initiatives to drive incremental revenue
  • work together with eCommerce to drive web sales through acquisition, conversion
    and yield maximisation initiatives
  • own the Social Media Strategy in conjunction with site Marketing Managers who will implement on a day to day basis
  • be the Brand guardian across the business for all brands in all communications, through
    site and product delivery
  • evaluate and re-define the overall customer journey for each attraction from the initial
    enquiry to the guest experience and post follow contact, ensuring each attraction
    reaches KPI benchmarks
  • write comprehensive briefs to agencies for all marketing activity using consumer
    insight, internal feedback and previous learnings to formulate
  • manage agencies and suppliers on a day to day basis, proactively ensuring the coordination and delivery of projects both to timings and within budget
  • lead the pricing initiatives, monitor and evaluate the cluster pricing model as it evolves
  • manage the marketing budget, ensuring purchase orders are raised and
    budgets are allocated appropriately. Train and monitor the Marketing Managers and
    each of their allocated marketing budgets
  • compile and provide  monthly marketing report, detailing marketing activity, budget spends, marketing effectiveness and ROI
  • PR activity  in line with target audience, measured ROI and overall brand plans
  • provide leadership, inspiration and motivation to all direct reports and broader marketing teams

  • consistency of approach and remain the key link between central support functions, and the brands/markets
  • significant portfolio of cross brand / multi entity / matrix leadership experience
  • assertiveness and authority in decision making
  • high energy levels to cope with the pace of change and the diversity of challenges within the business unit
  • fluency in German and English
